  • Provide general advisory support as well as provide accurate and current information on project activities relating to P&P matters ensuring People priorities and accountabilities are carried out in accordance with the corporate needs
  • Collaborate with the P&P Manager to develop strategies aimed at maintaining the company culture and fostering an excellent work environment. This involves developing culture programs within the organization
  • Leading internal communications in close collaboration with the Marketing department, while adhering to all corporate guidelines, to ensure that all employees feel well-connected, informed, and deeply aligned with the company’s culture & values
  • Assist with the development of policies, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with business needs
  • Implement People & Performance processes that align with organizational and project policies, events and procedures
  • Provide P&P advisory services, coaching and support to the business to assist them to deliver on their accountabilities and meet their P&P needs for all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Contribute to the design, delivery and continual improvement of leading people practices
  • Provides workforce and collaborators with advice and support on a day to day management of P&P issues
